Rich & Tracy live in Colorado. Tracy is originally from Arkansas, while Rich is from Pennsylvania. They met at grad school in Kentucky. When Tracy isn’t podcasting, she enjoys searching for new recipes and trying them out on Rich. She loves cheese, and can’t make it through the day without her coffee. When Rich isn’t podcasting, he likes to hike. Rocky Mountain National Park is his most favorite place in the whole world. He has hiked hundreds of miles on the park’s trails and has twice summitted Longs Peak (14,259 feet), the highest mountain in RMNP.
We started this podcast because we wanted to share our passion for history with others, and because we think the Civil War is not only a fascinating story from the past but is also important to understanding the America we live in today. In producing this podcast, we feel we’re not so much doing something special, but that we’re a part of something special. Thanks for joining us on this weekly journey into the past!
